This is where the team was prior to joining their team. It was a lot of heavy lifting to get to a POC with limited funding.

I worked with Nikunj Jain, Alset founder to pivot direction to complement current farmer compensatory behavior.

It get things rolling, we scaled the offering to Solset 9 and Solset 14, with an eye on Alset 30, the low speed mobility carrier. Also we added an intelligent energy advisor that holds our IP and scalability, plus is core to our value prop with giving peace of mind and confidence to the farmer in their daily activities.

With climate change, unreliable to no electrical grid, and a tough economic environment rural India and markets in Africa are faced with extreme conditions that are costing 48 farmer suicides / day (in India alone).

Also, their families are handcuffed in low income to impoverished states with high fuel costs to run their generators for irrigation & power their homes.

This was a vital sketch helped us understand that the ‘Solset 14’ didn’t need to come off the trailer based on home power needs at night and in the field during the day.

This was confirmed with interviewing current Indian farmers.

These sketches were used to paint a vision to the team of the ecosystem, stages of development and storytelling foundation.

As you know, good storytelling is vital to gain other’s support. We are using these images to inspiring engineering collaboration and investor support (Spring 2024)

It is heavier than we initially thought. It is bigger too. The panels do charge the battery! Yay!!

We added cross member on in the center of the unit for structural support.

We figured out we need a way to secure the panels in place in folded and open positions when unit is not level (which is most of the time.. lol)

I have helping to persuade VC’s to secure funding now to make higher fidelity prototype with larger panels. It will be ‘Solset 14’ … We are re-naming, Alset Move. :)
